Drama Troupe has actually been fairly drama free this semester. It's been quite nice. The only bad thing that's happened is Amanda sprained both of her ankles. Last week was Spring Break for me, and I have to say that I really wished it lasted a week longer. I was able to catch up on some sleep, but not nearly enough. I didn't do a whole lot, but I did go out with Corinne and Shannon one day and went to Andrew's another. We covered Ambrose Bierce's "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge" today, which is a story that I absolutely love. You could argue that it is a satiric view of Romanticism, perhaps interspersed with elements of dark comedy. Today we covered some of Emily Dickenson's poetry in American Lit. I'm actually beginning to like her style. She's very succinct.
